Multifunctional Wheel lathe was sucessffully designed, manufactured and delivered for New Zealand customers.

The multifunctional wheel lathe not only has the general wheel CNC machine functions like automatic measurement and super machining,  but also has the such customized functions like polishing,  big hole turning,  small hole drilling. It is truly a multifunctional wheel lathe machine.

Our customers from New Zealand wanted to buy a Multifunctional Wheel lathe machine to deal with a large number of wheel lips to process the original state including turning, drilling, polishing and other processes, then high-precision finished products can achieved.

According to his requirements, Haishu machinery had redeveloped  a complete program including rendering function. Our customer and his engineers were satisfied with our program after detailed discussion. Then the customer provided all the dimensions he needed to handle, and we determined the machining size of the machine. We introduced many successful wheel cnc machine cases very similar with the customer requirements, The customer accepted our scheme and signed the contract immediately.

After 3 months intensive deigning, manufacturing, the machine was successfully finished. The customer sent four sample parts to test the designed functions, we took the detailed video for each of function testing,  the customer was very satisfied with the processing and also the finished product.
