Under normal circumstances, the deformation wheels hub is caused by the strong external force impact on the wheel hub due to careless driving. Although the merchant has a way to repair the deformed hub, it is not recommended for the owner to repair it. If the car wheel is repaired, some hidden damages are invisible. Don’t bury hidden safety hazards. It is recommended to replace it with a new one.

The first step is to detect the deformation position. First, find the deformation position of the wheel hub. The master installs the wheel hub on the self-made fixture and uses the dial indicator to find the deformation position for calibration.
The second step, heating. Use a blowtorch to locally heat the deformed wheels’ position. The small red dot on the wheel hub is an infrared thermometer, and the heating can be stopped after reaching a certain temperature.
The third step, correction. After reaching a certain temperature, the hub becomes soft, and a small hydraulic top is used for a repeated slight correction. Finally, meet reasonable standards.
The whole process seems to have no problems, but in fact, the problem has already appeared!
Many people know that the material of the wheel hub is aluminum alloy, and the metal fatigue resistance of the material itself is relatively poor. After being deformed by an external force, it is forcibly restored to its original state by an external force, even if there are small cracks on the surface that cannot be observed by the naked eye, from a scientific point of view. In other words, the metal structure here is completely different from the metal structure of normal wheels.
