Vertical Wheel Machining Center FMU-800A is the wheel CNC machine tools designed and manufactured by Haishu machinery according to our customer’s special technical requirements.

The wheel CNC machining center is composed of self-made mechanical parts such as the cast steel bed, spindle, fixing chuck and the feeding mechanism, the advanced GSK numerical controlling system, the automatic measuring system, the famous brand servo motors and the auxiliary parts like lubrication, light and cooling parts. It is also equipped with 24 tools library, tool manipulator, automatic tool changer, automatic loading, automatic discharge and automatic chip removal.

The CNC vertical wheel machining center is the important CNC machine of the automatic wheel production line. All CNC machines can be connected by the configured conveyor. The automatic wheel production line is cost-effective, high efficiency and flexible operation, it is widely selected by automobile wheel factories.

2.1 The vertical wheel machining center is vertical, double spindle and double position.

2.2 The CNC wheel machining center is configured with 24 tool library, tool manipulator, automatic tool change, automatic loading, automatic discharge and automatic chip removal.

2.3 The CNC wheel machine has equipped with dedicated power chuck with special tools.

2.4 If the conveyor is configured, a wheel production line can be formed.

2.5 The wheel machining diameter range: 5 “~ 26”.

2.6 The wheel CNC machining center has the features of  integrated design, modular manufacturing, customized installation and flexible operation.
